Privacy Policy

FieldReportX, developed by TTRHD Labs, is a field reporting tool for Android. This policy explains what data the app collects, how it is stored, and your rights over that data.

Data Collected and Stored

FieldReportX does not collect, store, transmit, or sell your personal information to us or any third party. The application operates entirely offline, and all data — including your account, templates, business profiles, photos, and signatures — is stored locally and exclusively on your individual device.

The app may temporarily or permanently store the following operational data on your device:

• File Storage: Used within the app to compile, save, and manage your custom templates and field reports.
• Location/GPS Data: If used, GPS coordinates are stored locally on the device to populate report fields or tag photos. This data is never transmitted anywhere by the app itself, though it will be included in the PDF reports you choose to manually export and share.

The app does not use ads, track usage statistics, or employ third-party analytics SDKs.

Permissions

To provide offline reporting features, the app requires specific device permissions. Any data captured via these permissions remains strictly local:

• Location — used to record GPS coordinates in location fields and optionally tag photos. Location is only accessed when you explicitly trigger a location field or photo capture.
• Storage — used to save photos and exported PDF reports to your device.
• Camera — used to capture photos and scan barcodes within reports. Video/camera data is stored locally only and can be deleted within the app.
• Microphone — used for voice-to-text input fields. Microphone data is processed and stored locally only and can be deleted within the app.

Data Sharing

Your data is never sold, shared, or transmitted by TTRHD Labs. You retain absolute control over your data and are solely responsible for where and to whom you send your exported PDF reports or JSON templates.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your data remains on your device until you choose to remove it.

• Deleting an individual report removes it and all associated files.
• You can delete your account and all associated data at any time within the app via Settings → Delete Account. This action permanently removes all reports, templates, photos, and signatures stored by the app. Because we do not maintain server backups, this data cannot be recovered once deleted.

Children’s Privacy

FieldReportX is intended for professional use and is not directed at children. Children should use the app only under adult supervision. We do not knowingly collect or store data from children.

Security

All data is stored locally on your device and protected by your device’s own built-in security systems (such as screen locks and device encryption). Because TTRHD Labs does not store or transmit your data, we cannot be held responsible for device-level security breaches or physical theft of your hardware.

Changes to this Policy

If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be published at this URL with a revised effective date.
