Business Profile

Add your company details so they appear automatically on exported PDFs.

Company name
Logo — displayed in the PDF header
Contact details — address, phone, email, website

You can create multiple business profiles and pick which one to use per report.

Appearance

Choose from five themes:

Theme	Description
Light	Clean white background, default
Dark	Dark background for low-light environments
Forest	Earthy green tones
Ocean	Cool blue tones
High Contrast	Maximum contrast for accessibility

Report Options

Show section names — displays section name dividers between field groups in the report form.

Photo Storage

Choose where camera photos are saved:

Option	Description
Device gallery	Photos are saved to your device photo library (default)
App only	Photos are stored privately inside FieldReportX

When App only is selected, a View Saved Photos button appears in Settings, opening the local gallery.

Local Photo Gallery

Available when photo storage is set to App only — browse every photo taken within FieldReportX:

3-column thumbnail grid, paginated
Tap a photo to view it full-screen
Share individual photos via the share button
Tap Go to Report to open the report the photo belongs to

Save GPS with Photos

When enabled, FieldReportX captures your GPS coordinates the moment a camera photo is taken. The coordinates are stored alongside the photo and included in the PDF.
