Because FieldReportX is an offline tool designed for generating one-off reports rather than acting as a long-term business database, you are strictly responsible for immediately saving your finalized PDFs externally to ensure your records are secure.
• Liability Limitations — we provide the app “as is.” We are not liable for lost data, damaged devices, business losses resulting from incorrect quotes, or physical injuries sustained while handling materials on-site.
• Dispute Resolution — if we have a disagreement, we ask that you contact us directly first. If we cannot resolve it informally, we agree to use binding arbitration rather than formal court proceedings, where legally permitted.
• Termination — you can stop using the app at any time. We reserve the right to suspend access if you violate these terms.

1. Welcome & agreement

Welcome to TTRHD Labs. We build tools designed to make professional fieldwork easier, faster, and more reliable.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) act as a legally binding contract between you and TTRHD Labs regarding your use of the FieldReportX mobile application and any related services. By downloading, installing, or using FieldReportX, you are agreeing to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of this document, please do not use our application.

We have done our best to keep this document clear and free of unnecessary legal jargon. If you have any questions about what you read here, please reach out to us at ttrhd.labs@gmail.com before you start using the app.

2. About our service

FieldReportX is a professional field reporting tool built specifically for inspectors, tradespeople, and on-site professionals.

What we provide We provide an Android application that allows you to capture structured data on site and deliver it as a polished PDF report. Because we know fieldwork often happens in remote areas, FieldReportX is designed to work with no internet connection required.

Key features of the service include:

• A custom template builder with categorised field types.
• Repeatable sections for dynamic reporting (e.g. adding multiple rooms or defects).
• Template import and export via JSON files.
• A multi-photo camera with built-in annotation and optional GPS tagging.
• A quote builder with live calculation fields for quantities, unit prices, and tax rates.
• Multiple business profiles to manage different company details.
• PDF export capabilities and multiple visual themes (Light, Dark, Forest, Ocean, and High Contrast).

Eligibility Our app is designed for professional use. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use FieldReportX. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Service availability Because FieldReportX is an offline-first application, its availability depends primarily on the health and battery life of your Android device. We regularly release updates to improve performance, add features, and fix bugs, but we do not guarantee that the app will be compatible with every Android device or future operating system update.

3. Your account

While FieldReportX operates locally on your device without requiring a traditional cloud-based user account, you still have responsibilities regarding how you set up and manage your profiles within the app.

Device and data security You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security of the mobile device you use to run FieldReportX. Because the app stores your reports, photos, and business profiles locally, anyone with access to your unlocked device may be able to view or alter your professional data.

Accurate information When you set up multiple business profiles within the app, you are responsible for ensuring the company details, logos, and contact information you input are accurate and legally belong to you or the business you represent.

Account termination You can terminate your relationship with us at any time simply by deleting the FieldReportX app from your device. Please note that because your data is stored locally and the app functions as a one-off report generator (not an active database archive), deleting the app will permanently erase your reports, templates, and local photo gallery unless you have securely saved your PDFs elsewhere.

4. Acceptable use

We built FieldReportX to help you do your job better. To keep the platform safe and reliable, we require you to follow a few basic rules.

What you can do You are encouraged to use FieldReportX to build custom templates, generate professional quotes, annotate site photos, and share polished PDF reports with your clients, colleagues, and partners.

What is prohibited When using our app, you agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of FieldReportX.
• Use the app to generate fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal reports and quotes.
• Resell or redistribute the application itself.
• Use the app to capture or distribute illicit, non-consensual, or illegal imagery using the in-app camera.

Consequences of violations If we discover that you are using FieldReportX for illegal purposes or violating these Terms, we reserve the right to revoke your license to use the app, block your device from receiving future updates, and report severe violations to the appropriate authorities.

5. Content & intellectual property

It is important to be clear about who owns what when you use our application.

Your content You retain full ownership of all the data you input into FieldReportX. This includes your custom JSON templates, the photos you take, the annotations you draw, the quotes you build, and the final PDF reports you generate. We do not claim any ownership over your professional work. Because the app is offline, we do not even see your content unless you explicitly send it to us for troubleshooting.

Our intellectual property TTRHD Labs owns FieldReportX. This includes the app’s source code, user interface design, the five visual themes (Light, Dark, Forest, Ocean, High Contrast), our logos, and the underlying architecture of the custom template builder and calculation fields. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the app on your Android device for its intended professional purposes.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is a fundamental priority for TTRHD Labs. We have designed FieldReportX to be an offline-first application, which means the vast majority of your data — including your GPS-tagged photos, client details, and financial quotes — never leaves your device unless you choose to share it via email, WhatsApp, or Google Drive.

7. Disclaimers & limitations

We take pride in building a robust application, but we need to be honest about the limitations of software and mobile devices.

“As is” service FieldReportX is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive to ensure the app is bug-free and reliable, we do not warrant that it will perfectly meet your specific business requirements or operate without occasional interruptions.

Data loss and calculations This is important: because FieldReportX operates offline, your data is stored locally on your Android device. We are not responsible for lost reports, templates, or photos if your device is lost, stolen, broken, or if you delete the app without backing up your files.

Furthermore, while our calculation fields and quote builders are designed to evaluate math accurately, you are solely responsible for verifying the final quantities, tax rates, and totals on your PDF reports before sending them to clients. We are not liable for any financial losses resulting from incorrect quotes or calculation errors.

Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, TTRHD Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or liabilities (such as specific consumer protection laws under the GDPR or CCPA), our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by that local law.

8. Dispute resolution

If something goes wrong, we want to fix it fairly and efficiently.

Informal resolution first If you have an issue with FieldReportX, please email us at ttrhd.labs@gmail.com. We promise to review your concern and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.

Arbitration agreement If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you and TTRHD Labs agree to resolve any claims related to these Terms through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court. This means a neutral arbitrator will decide the case, and the arbitrator’s decision will be final.

Exceptions This arbitration agreement does not apply if you qualify to bring a claim in a small claims court. Additionally, if you reside in the European Union, the UK, or another jurisdiction where mandatory consumer protection laws prohibit forced arbitration, you retain the right to bring a claim in your local courts.

9. Changes & termination

Businesses evolve, and our Terms of Service may need to evolve with us.

Modifying these terms We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our app, new features, or updates to global legal requirements. When we make significant changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document and notify you within the app. Your continued use of FieldReportX after those changes take effect constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.

Termination You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting FieldReportX from your device. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal activities, or if we are required to do so by law.

10. General legal

These final provisions ensure our agreement is legally sound.

• Governing Law — these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TTRHD Labs operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. However, if you are a consumer residing in the EU, UK, Canada, or certain US states, you may also enjoy the protection of the mandatory consumer protection laws of your local jurisdiction.
• Severability — if any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court, that specific section will be removed or edited, and the rest of the Terms will remain in full effect.
• Entire Agreement — these Terms, alongside our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TTRHD Labs regarding your use of FieldReportX.
• Assignment — you may not transfer or assign your rights under these Terms to anyone else. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms to a different entity, for example, in the event of a merger or acquisition.
