Download pre-built template collections for FieldReportX. Each bundle is a .zip file containing one or more templates, ready to import.

How to import a bundle

1. Download the .zip file to your device — no need to extract it.
2. Open FieldReportX and go to Settings → Manage Templates → Import from Zip.
3. Select the .zip file you downloaded.
4. The templates inside appear in your template list right away.

Available bundles

Starter Bundle

Eight ready-to-use templates covering common field work:

• Rental Move-Out Inspection — end-of-tenancy condition report for real estate agents, room-by-room with photos and a bond recommendation.
• Builder’s House Inspection — construction quality and defects inspection with a repeatable defect log and compliance checklist.
• Tradesperson Quote — a simple, professional quote for a single job.
• Car Repair Report — vehicle repair documentation with before/after photos per repair item.
• Cleaning Checklist — task checklist with a repeatable section per area cleaned.
• Punch List Report — outstanding-items list for project close-out, with a repeatable item log and a full summary.
• Landscaping Report — site plan sketch plus a repeatable plant schedule, one instance per plant type.
• Stocktaking Report — inventory stocktake with a repeatable item section including barcode scanning, quantity count, and condition.

All eight are portrait layout with your logo, company name, and contact details enabled in the PDF header.
