FieldReportX is a field reporting tool for inspectors, tradespeople, and anyone who needs to capture structured data on site and turn it into a polished PDF report — all from an Android device, no internet connection needed.
What makes FieldReportX different
- Custom template builder — build report templates from scratch using a categorised field type picker. No coding required.
- Repeatable sections — add as many instances of a section as you need (one per room, one per defect), each with its own name.
- Template import / export — share templates between devices or with other users as a zip file.
- Camera with annotation — capture photos and draw on them before saving. Annotations are baked into the image.
- Multi-photo camera — manage multiple annotated photos per field, each with optional GPS tagging.
- Quote builder — line-item quotes with quantity, unit price, tax rate, and auto-calculated totals.
- Calculation field — reference other numeric fields in the same report by label, calculated live in the form and in the PDF.
- GPS-tagged photos — optionally capture your coordinates the moment a photo is taken.
- Local photo gallery — browse, share, and jump straight to the source report for every photo taken in the app.
