End User License Agreement

Welcome to FieldReportX, developed by TTRHD Labs. We know that as an inspector, tradesperson, or field professional, you rely on dependable tools to get your job done right. We have drafted this End User License Agreement (EULA) to clearly explain the rules, rights, and responsibilities associated with using our mobile application. By downloading, installing, or using FieldReportX, you are agreeing to the terms laid out below.

• You own your work — the templates you build, the photos you annotate, and the PDF reports you generate belong entirely to you.
• Offline by design — FieldReportX does not require an internet connection. Your data stays securely on your Android device unless you choose to export or share it.
• Protecting our work — while you own your reports, TTRHD Labs owns the underlying software. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the app.
• No absolute guarantees — we provide the app “as is.” You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your auto-calculated quotes before sending them to clients, and for exporting your PDFs externally, since FieldReportX is a one-off report generator, not a permanent database.

1. License grant

We want you to use FieldReportX to streamline your daily operations, whether you are managing a single business profile or multiple companies.

To make this possible, TTRHD Labs grants you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use FieldReportX on your compatible Android devices.

Scope of use You may use the application for both personal and commercial purposes. This means you are free to use our custom template builder, quote builder, and PDF export features to generate professional documents for your paying clients.

Installation limits Your license is tied to the app store account used to download FieldReportX. You may install the application on any devices associated with that specific account, subject to the standard rules of the platform provider (e.g. Google Play).

2. Restrictions

To protect the integrity of FieldReportX and ensure a secure experience for everyone, we have a few strict rules about what you cannot do with the software.

You agree that you will not:

• Reverse engineer — decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, including our custom calculation engines or template builders.
• Redistribute or resell — sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the FieldReportX application to third parties.
• Modify — create derivative works based on the FieldReportX software or its five built-in visual themes (Light, Dark, Forest, Ocean, and High Contrast).
• Bypass security — attempt to circumvent any licensing mechanisms or security features built into the application.

3. Ownership

We believe in a clear separation between the tool we built and the work you create with it.

Your data and content You retain full ownership of all data you input into FieldReportX. This includes your custom JSON templates, GPS-tagged photos, annotated images, line-item quotes, and the final PDF reports. We claim no intellectual property rights over the professional work you produce.

Our software TTRHD Labs retains all rights, title, and interest in and to FieldReportX. This includes the app’s code, design, user interface, features, and any future updates. The app is licensed to you, not sold.

Feedback and suggestions If you reach out to us with ideas on how to improve the app — such as suggesting a new field type for the template builder or a new way to handle multi-photo cameras — we welcome it! However, please note that we may use your feedback to improve FieldReportX without any obligation to compensate you.

4. Updates & support

Technology moves fast, and we periodically update FieldReportX to introduce new features, improve performance, and fix bugs.

Update policies Updates will be delivered through your device’s app store. We highly recommend keeping the app updated to ensure you have the latest tools and security enhancements. While we strive to maintain backward compatibility so your older JSON templates continue to work seamlessly, we cannot guarantee that legacy formats will be supported indefinitely.

Support availability If you run into issues with the app, we are here to help. You can reach our support team directly at ttrhd.labs@gmail.com. We aim to respond to all inquiries promptly, though support is provided on a commercially reasonable basis without guaranteed response times.

5. Privacy & data

Because FieldReportX is designed as an offline-first tool, your privacy is fundamentally protected by the architecture of the app itself.

Data collection by the software FieldReportX does not require an internet connection to function. The structured data you capture on-site, your local photo gallery, and your business profiles are stored locally on your Android device. We do not harvest your field reports or client quotes.

If you choose to use the GPS-tagging feature for your photos, the app will request location permissions. These coordinates are baked into your local files and are not transmitted to TTRHD Labs.

Global privacy compliance We operate globally and respect international privacy frameworks, including the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, PIPEDA, and other US State Privacy Laws. For complete details on your data rights and how we handle information, please review our comprehensive Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

This agreement remains in effect until terminated by either you or TTRHD Labs.

How termination happens You can terminate this EULA at any time simply by deleting FieldReportX from all your devices. We reserve the right to terminate this license automatically and without notice if you fail to comply with any of the terms outlined in this agreement, particularly the restrictions in Section 2.

Effect of termination Upon termination, you must cease all use of the application and destroy all copies of FieldReportX in your possession.

Your data after termination Because FieldReportX stores data locally, deleting the app may permanently delete your saved reports, templates, and photos from your device. We strongly advise you to export your JSON templates and PDF reports to Google Drive, email, or another secure location before uninstalling the app.

7. Warranties, Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

We have built FieldReportX to be a robust, reliable tool for field professionals, but we must be honest about legal and technical limitations.

“As is” delivery FieldReportX is provided to you “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranty of any kind. TTRHD Labs explicitly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Professional responsibility While our quote builder features auto-calculated totals and our calculation fields evaluate live data, you are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of the math, tax rates, and professional assessments in your reports. TTRHD Labs is not liable for any financial losses, lost contracts, or professional disputes arising from errors in the PDFs or quotes you generate.

Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TTRHD Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the application.

Utility Scope & Lost Data Clause FieldReportX is designed strictly as a utility to produce one-off, individual professional field reports and quotes; it is not designed to function as a permanent, long-term business database or records archive. You are responsible for exporting your PDFs externally to prevent data loss.

Because the application operates entirely offline, you acknowledge and agree that all data, templates, photos, and reports are stored locally and exclusively on your individual device. We do not maintain server backups of your content. To ensure your business data is secure, archived, and preserved, you must export and save your finalized PDF reports and JSON templates to an external, secure storage location (such as your own cloud storage, external hard drive, or corporate email) immediately upon generation.

In the event of device failure, loss, theft, uninstallation of the application, or operating system corruption, your local data may be permanently lost. We accept no liability for any lost, corrupted, or irrecoverable data resulting from your failure to secure your PDFs externally.

Damaged Devices Clause Under no circumstances shall TTRHD Labs be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage to your physical property, including but not limited to smartphones, tablets, or computer hardware, arising out of your use of the application. You assume full responsibility for the physical safety of your device while engaging in any activities, field inspections, or utilizing instructions prompted by the application.

8. Governing law

As a global application serving users across various jurisdictions, this EULA and your relationship with TTRHD Labs shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If you are using the app within the European Union, United Kingdom, Canada, or the United States, you retain all mandatory consumer protection rights granted to you by your local laws (including GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, PIPEDA, and applicable US State laws). Any disputes arising from this agreement that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in your primary region of residence.
